Benefits and Features of the Assembly
- Supports 3Ø and 1Ø (substantially reduced power), mains: 460vac and 380vac (80% power).
- Eliminates transient voltage spikes to DAT410 Inverter and Plasma Block Units
often caused by contact interruption at full power.
- Includes DC rectification, power factor correction (.7 - .95 power factor), transient and line noise filtering. Absorbs transient energy from its specific load, not entire large system energy.
- Processor managed soft-charge, pre-wired, inhibits a Run command until charge complete, manages mains transient drop-out and brown-out, open relay coil lock-out.
- Soft start feature to prevent startup current surges from weakening circuit breakers and eliminating ozone cell thermal shock.
- Output drive waveform configurable on the fly to accommodate primary or secondary side resonating inductor. Also supports non-resonant constant power loads.
- Power factor correction to 0.95 results in excellent current harmonics mitigation.
- Three phase 380 – 480vac 50/60hz rectification for single phase high frequency output.
- 10 KW rating (P/N 70328) for frequencies under 5khz, 4kw rating at 25khz.
- DAT410 (Digital Auto Tuning) compensates automatically for generator changes in pressure, flow, line voltage fluctuations and excessive temperature.
- No inverter and transformer failure due to brownout, operating changes or cell fault.
- DAT’s wide range of power and frequency reduces OEM inventory.
- Reduces expense of installing many components to achieve the same results.
- Tested assembly reduces installation mistakes.
- Complete electronics package required for ozone generators.
- Reduces inverter mains current by about 50%, extends inverter component life
Connections
1.) Positive power output to DAT410 board. Connects to "+BUS" 0.25" quick connect tab on circuit board.
2.) Negative power output to DAT410 board. Connects to "-BUS" 0.25" quick connect tab on circuit board.
3.) Incoming 3 phase power. 0.25" quick connect tabs. Customer supplied fusing required.
4.) AC reference signal to DAT410 board. Connect to spades below these wires if single phase mains.
